Important Information:

Before using Asgera products, please read and observe the following information. This serves to protect individuals and the environment and must be strictly adhered to!

Safety & Accident Prevention for Children:

Watch your children and keep children under 12 years of age away from Asgera equipment and objects, whose associated small parts and objects can become dangerous or lead to accidents. Keep all small parts and dangerous objects safe and locked away.

Safety Instructions for Training:

Before you start training, seek advice from a professional fitness trainer and/or a doctor to have the training program tailored to your body and fitness level.

Safety Instructions & Guide for the Asgera Dumbbell:

Before you start training, you should note a few things as follows:

Check your surroundings and keep your distance from people and objects to avoid accidents.

When training with the dumbbell, make sure that the screw heads always point towards your body, and the end of the screw thread points outwards, i.e., away from your body. Before and during training, check that all screws are firmly tightened and/or tighten them if necessary.

When changing weights, the dumbbell should be placed on its back or on the open U-side (not on the curved part). Hold the dumbbell at the top or on the curve with one hand. Only then can the two screws of the weights be loosened and removed with the other hand. If it is the Custom model, after removing the weights, the base plate can now also be removed from the handle using two additional screws.

The assembly of the dumbbell and the attachment of the weight plates are done in reverse order.

Every single weight plate attached to the dumbbell must rest on the top and bottom of the handle or protrude inwards (at least 6mm, which corresponds to a narrow 6mm weight plate). The weights must then be secured with the included screws and nuts. Additional weights that serve as an extension and exceed the handle width can be obtained in our shop (Please note that for safety reasons, additional weight plates must always rest on both sides of the handle, as described above). Therefore, carefully select the appropriate widths of the weight plates to be mounted. We also carry fixed dumbbells in our product range, where the handles are permanently connected to the weights.

Only use original parts from us (at www.asgera.com) or from the Asgera® brand. Store Asgera products and items in such a way that no one can be harmed.

It is recommended to remove jewelry such as rings etc. before training.
