We are very sorry that you would like to return your package or individual parts of the package to us. In order to process a return and thus a refund as quickly as possible, we ask you to follow the following steps:
1. If you would like to return a defective item, please send us an email and a photo of the item's defect.
2. When returning the item, note the tracking link you receive from the shipping company (of your choice).
3. The return address for returning goods/returns is usually included in the package. If this is not the case, then send us an email at the bottom of this page or via your own email provider, taking into account the cancellation policy (we can only ensure smooth processing with the relevant data), which you can find below can be found at the following link:
