We are very sorry that you want to return your package or individual parts of the package to us. In order to be able to process a return and thus a money refund as quickly as possible, we ask you to observe the following steps:
1. If you want to return a defective item, please email us and send us a photo of the defect in the item.
2. When returning, remember the tracking link from the shipping company (of your choice), which you will receive from them.
3. The return address for returning goods is usually in the package.
