Safety instructions for Asgera fitness dumbbells:
Before you begin your workout, please note the following:
Read the instruction manual before use and check any parts that may be subject to wear, such as screws and nuts.
Check your surroundings and maintain a distance of approximately 1.5 meters from people and objects to prevent accidents.
Also ensure a firm surface during training.
The use of dumbbells by individuals under 18 years of age requires the supervision of an adult trainer.
Do not use training equipment for purposes other than normal training.
It is recommended to remove jewelry such as rings, etc. before training.
The dumbbell may fall and cause bruises or other injuries.
Always place the dumbbell down securely. It is advisable to place or store the dumbbells in appropriate dumbbell racks.
Always check the correct assembly and secure fastening when changing weights.
Instructions & further safety notes for Asgera dumbbells (CUSTOM – SWITCH – STUDIO):
When training with the dumbbell, ensure that the screw heads always point towards your body, or that the end of the screw thread points outwards, away from your body. Before and during training, check that all screws are tightened securely and retighten them if necessary.
When changing weights, the dumbbell should be placed on its back, or on the open U-side! (not on the rounded part). Hold the top of the dumbbell or the rounded part with one hand. Only then can the two weight screws be loosened and removed with the other hand. If it is the Custom model, the base plate can also be removed from the handle using two additional screws after the weights have been removed.
The assembly of the dumbbell or the attachment of the weight plates is done in reverse order.
Each individual weight plate attached to the dumbbell must rest on the handle at the top and bottom or protrude inwards (at least 6mm, which corresponds to a narrow 6mm weight plate). The weights must then be secured with the supplied screws and nuts. Additional weights that serve as extensions and exceed the grip width can be purchased in our shop (please note that for safety reasons, additional weight plates must always rest on both sides of the handle as described above). Therefore, carefully select the appropriate widths of the weight plates to be mounted. We also carry fixed dumbbells in our range. Here, the handles are permanently connected to the weights.
